At NoorWork, we aim to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase of our digital products,
including WordPress plugins. This policy outlines when you may be eligible for a refund and how the process works.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.
  • The product fails to perform as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
  • You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.

3. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, purchase email, and the reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Once approved, your refund will be processed through our payment partner Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not provide refunds in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the 14-day refund period.
  • Product purchased for testing or evaluation purposes.
  • Requests based on unsupported third-party conflicts or server configurations.
  • Refunds for customized plugin modifications or one-time development services.

5. After Refund Approval

Once a refund is processed:

  • Your license key will be permanently deactivated.
  • Access to updates, downloads, and support will end immediately.
  • You must delete the plugin from your website and may no longer use it.
